All accomodations are air-conditioned cabins with fully equipped kitchens including full-sized ranges, refrigerators, microwaves and coffee makers; A king size bed in the master bedroom and one set of twin size bunks and two single twin beds in the common area; a full tub/shower combination in the bath; a large covered porch; picnic table; B-B-Q grill and fire pit.

Local shops in Leaky have beer, wine and incidentals.

Closest hard liquor and supermarkets are about 40 miles away.

Registration includes convention fees, 4 days and 3 nights accomodation, and 8 meals*

Cabin Bunk (for one): $200

*Dinner Thursday — breakfast Sunday.
Vegetarian/vegan can be accommodated with advance notice.

Liability, Rules and Regulations

Before continuing on to complete your SWC International Interfaith Celebration 2010 registration, please read and agree to our Liability Waiver and Rules and Regulations.

Liability Waiver

I understand that this event is taking place in a rustic camp environment. While every reasonable effort will be made to ensure to my safety, there are hazards inherent to participating in this event. These hazards may include, rough terrain, inclement weather and potentially dangerous flora and fauna. I agree to hold blameless the staff and members of the Sacred Well Congregation, the Clearwater Ranch Campground, and the contractors and agents of these organizations operating in good faith. Having been made aware of some of the known potential hazards, and accepting the responsibility for my own safety, I willingly choose to participate in the event.

Rules & Regulations

All participants must check in on arrival

No childcare will be provided. Participants are responsible for their own children.

Skyclad/nudity is not permitted

No pets/animals allowed on site

No glass containers allowed on or near the river

Speed limit is 10 MPH

Vehicles must stay on roads and may not park on grass or near the river

Fires allowed only in established firePersonal fires must be approved by the Guardian/Coordinator on duty prior to being lit.
Please do not use the wood reserved for rituals.

No smoking in the cabins or other buildings

Do not feed or antagonize any wildlife

Obey all NO TRESSPASSING and POSTED signs.
Do not cross fences or the river

No firearms, fireworks or illegal drugs permitted

Swim at own risk — no lifeguard on duty

Hikes to the Main Ranch must be arranged with on site staff
